This is a great option if you're looking for something healthier. Lots of options to choose from. Salads, bowls, acai, smoothies. I got a bowl with the kale brussle sprout base, it was delicious and filling and left me feeling good afterward. A little bit on the pricey side but worth the splurge once in awhile.

Vale is fantastic! Food, customer service & atmosphere are all great. They host events too! Next one is May 4th, a 5k social wellness event w/ free food, cold plunges, chiropractic adjustments, and more... and it’s totally free! Highly recommend this place.

This my second time I've been to Vale food & Co. And it's always a pleasant experience. The server Destiny was nothing but patient as we figured out our orders. I will definitely make it a third time. But it seems like no matter where I go whether it's Orlando Tampa or Jacksonville the food and customer service is always awesome.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I work near by and have been visiting for a while now and they are always consistently kind and sweet and the food is always amazing and delicious! Not to mention guilt free! It’s a win win all around!

Very good food and affordable as well. I came in for lunch and Kristy and Zach took care of me and my friends. Highly recommend coming in for quality food and good service.

So excited to try this new place with so many fresh options. My earthsgiving bowl looks amazing and I can’t wait to dig in. Update! Everything was delicious and a normal sized bowl really feels like at least 1.5 meals for me. I will need to request extra sauce next time. So good!

Diana and Stephen were amazing! Today was my first time here and they didnt make me feel unwelcome or as if I was asking too many questions. They greeted me with a smile , the energy was warm and refreshing and the food was fantastic! Thank you so much for making my first time special !! I will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant has completely changed my perception of healthy fast food! I've tried several items, and everything is perfectly seasoned and cooked. The ingredients are fresh, and the whole experience is very satisfying and healthy. I'll be back soon!!! I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. Kristy was friendly and helpful, and the food was delivered quickly. It's a great experience overall
